RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not quite right? That’s OK! You can simply request an exchange or return from your account within 14 days of receipt. If you placed an order as a guest, let us know so we can assist you with your return. 

Once your return has been requested, we will send you an email with next steps.

REGULAR-PRICED MERCHANDISE

    • Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a shop credit.
    • After 14 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
    • For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and the order confirmation number will be required for reference.
    • The order confirmation email serves as your receipt.

  • Sorry, no returns or exchanges for sale or discounted items.


YOUR RETURN PACKAGE: EASY AS 1-2-3

    • Place the item(s) you want to return securely back in the box we sent your order in and securely seal it.
  • Drop off your package at the shipping carrier’s location. When your refund is complete, we’ll email you and let you know.

 

RETURN POSTAGE FEE

  • A return postage fee of $15.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your return, along with any original shipping charges
